The Planning Advisory Board on Wednesday approved a planned unit development amendment that renames the Dyer Thacker Commerce Park PUD to the Kissimmee Airport Commerce Park and adds or clarifies allowable uses on about 22 acres encompassing seven parcels.
City planning staff said the amendment is intended to align the PUD with the Kissimmee Gateway Airport master plan and to permit airport-dependent hotel and motel uses (restricted to Parcel E), dormitories and college or university facilities on selected parcels.
