Utilities staff said the extensions were inspected and ready for city acceptance. Motion carried 5–0.
Resolution 2025-R-31 (Heron Creek Phase 2 water/wastewater transfer): The commission adopted Resolution 2025-R-31, accepting water and wastewater infrastructure and warranties for Heron Creek Phase 2. Motion carried 5–0.
