Beal noted $25,000 of telefees was being kept in a countywide contingency and emphasized that projects added to the plan must be funded within the plan.
After the public comment period produced no speakers, a supervisor moved and the board adopted the plan as presented; the chair and supervisors recorded aye votes. The plan will be revisited annually and can be amended mid-year if funding and the required public hearing process are provided.
