Mister Velasquez, speaking for plant facilities, said the omission affects technology connectivity points across campuses including the new Sigueroa High School and other projects and described the missing item as a common but critical element: a four‑inch pathway to run fiber and structured cabling between MDFs and IDFs. “In this case, the rooms for computer equipment are there, but the route that’s supposed to connect point A with B…were not included in the drawings,” Velasquez said.
