Doctor Harvey, presenting on behalf of the action-team captains, said the group identified community liaisons that the district approved as part of a legislative agenda and previewed changes to secondary report-card comments to emphasize competencies over generic phrases. “They are chomping at the bit to get to work,” Doctor Harvey said, attributing the quote to the community liaisons’ enthusiasm.
