Council approves pay applications for Lincoln and Dunbar pavilions and accepts project complete

The City of Wagoner council voted on May 20 to approve contractor pay application No. 2 for $32,578.25 and pay application No. 3 for $6,967.30 submitted by Tekton Builders LLC for the Lincoln and Dunbar parks pavilion project and to accept the project as complete, following a recommendation from Infrastructure Solutions Group LLC.
Council moved and seconded the motion; the roll-call vote recorded all members present voting yes (see vote record). During discussion staff offered no further amendments and said the project is complete and that related capital lines in the parks budget were zeroed out because purchases were already made.
Council also approved a separate progress invoice (WAG24-01-02) for $1,000 from Infrastructure Solutions Group LLC for professional services tied to the same pavilion project.
