The council also approved the pre-construction engineering and survey services for the North waterline replacement (see article on that action for details).
Finances and adjournment: The council voted to approve payment of finances as presented. After public comment and follow-ups on maintenance, the council moved and seconded a motion to adjourn; the meeting was then closed.
