Planning and Zoning approves swimming pool application for James Cook; will forward to city council

Planning and zoning voted on May 7 to approve a swimming pool application submitted by James Cook for property at 26 West 850 South and will forward the application to the city council for final consideration and permitting.

At the meeting the applicant, James Cook, told the commission that a fence and gates are already in place around the pool.
