Why it matters: the zoning change will allow commercial development consistent with surrounding uses at a major arterial intersection and is one of the remaining interim‑zoned parcels on Crystal Falls Parkway.
Council action: After opening and closing the public hearing with no speakers, the council voted to approve Z‑25‑0164 by unanimous vote.
What’s next: the applicant may proceed with development plans consistent with GC‑3C zoning, subject to site‑development review and applicable permits.
