The San Antonio City Council on May 15, 2025 approved the balance of the zoning consent agenda and continued one individual item to Aug. 7, 2025.
Mayor Ron Nirenberg opened the zoning session at 2:03 p.m. and a quorum was confirmed. The council noted that item 1 had been postponed and would not be heard that day. The council then moved the bulk consent agenda — items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12–20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27 as announced on the agenda — for approval. A motion and second to approve the balance of the consent zoning items were recorded and the mayor announced the motion carried.
Separately, agenda item 11 was continued to Aug. 7, 2025 after a motion to continue. The council announced the continuance and recorded the motion and second; the mayor announced the motion carried.
The council did not recite roll-call vote tallies on the audio for the consent approval or the continuance; the official minutes will include the formal vote records and ordinance or continuance language.
