The items covered a variety of small‑scale land‑use entitlements including new alcohol‑on‑premise uses, a site development major amendment, and modifications to development standards.
Items in the package included Special Use Permit (SUP) requests for new alcohol service at restaurants and bars, minor site development modifications for existing developments and amendments to development standards for parcels in Summerlin (related items 14A/14B). Staff recommended approval of the slate, subject to standard conditions for each application, and no members of the public requested separate hearings on those items.
The commission approved the consent slate on the motion and set the record that several of the items (notably items 11, 14 and 17) would advance to the June 18 City Council meeting for final action, while others are final action of the commission and are subject to appeal to the clerk within the timeline specified in the staff reports.
