Massello highlighted orders on citizenship documentation, election integrity and voter identification, sanctuary jurisdictions and federal funding, gender-identification policies for federal records, rollbacks of climate-related regulations, Second Amendment protections, a national resilience/ preparedness strategy, and updates intended to reduce improper federal payments. She told the commission many of the orders are already facing legal challenges and their implementation remains in flux.
