"The Portland Housing Bureau in fiscal year 25-26 has a $243,000,000 budget and 89 staff," Hysorek said. She said the proposed budget includes about $14.7 million for personnel, $24.8 million that will pass through to the Joint Office for homeless services, and approximately $203 million for affordable housing programs and capital.
