Ordinances and property actions: Ordinance 9788 (site plan review text) was tabled to the planning board; Ordinance 9789 (authorizing Memorial Day road closures) carried; Ordinance 9790 (Erie Canal Bike Tour closures) carried (covered in separate article); Ordinance 9791 authorized the sale of city-owned Parcel 624 West Thomas Street for $35,000 and was carried; Ordinance 9792 (sale of 1806 North Madison Street, assessed at $3,400) was tabled after Councilor Dursley sought more outreach to the buyer and neighbors; Ordinance 9793 (sale of 301 McCray Street for $1,100) was tabled to gather more information on the buyer; Ordinance 9794 (sale of 729 Calvert Street for $5,000) carried; Ordinance 9795 amended the intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Verona regarding water supply and carried.
