The commission also approved a notice of intent to negotiate a feasibility study contract for the Justice Complex (see separate article).
Items approved at the meeting included:
- Approval of a new award condition to contract number 2020Four-six61 with the Utah Office for Victims of Crime to continue program activities for the Children's Justice Center. Commissioners discussed a typographical error in the contract term and the clerk later clarified the original contract term is July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Motion to approve was made and the item passed.
