The action plan, developed with consultant Chen Ryan Associates and city staff, analyzes five years of collision data and recommends 38 project areas and a set of near-term countermeasures. Mobility planner Dara Woods, who presented the plan, said it uses the “safe system” approach and was written to be eligible for federal SS4A implementation grants.
