Planning and zoning director Doug Hansen told commissioners the property was originally annexed on May 2, 2006, as part of an approximately 10-acre annexation and is not served by city water or wastewater utilities. “The applicant request de annexation from Kuna city limits. The site is located at 6820 South 10 Mile Road,” Hansen said.
