“We are a family owned and operated parking and real estate company that started in the 19 twenties,” said Patrick Milner, who identified himself as a member of the family that owns the garage. He told the committee the proposal is intended to use adaptive reuse as a preservation tool and to contribute housing while restoring the building’s masonry and brownstone features.
