"I might suggest that it be Mister Means because we're replacing essentially an appraiser with an appraiser," the judge said. A committee member moved to replace Baker's slot with Means; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The chair recorded, "The ayes have it. Okay." The committee then moved and approved a separate motion to reappoint Miss Munchet to a full three-year term on the Equalization Board.
Both actions were approved by voice vote in committee and recorded as committee decisions. The appointments will be recorded in court records and implemented according to county appointment procedures.
