Staff noted that the application is one element of the broader Thomas Creek implementation program and that additional grant awards and closings are pending. Funding would be used for land acquisition within the Thomas Creek basin; staff did not provide parcel-level purchase prices in the public presentation.
Next steps: county staff will submit the application electronically and notify the board of any award decisions and subsequent property-closing schedules.
