The project site covers about 3.3 acres overall; the parcel advancing through rezoning is approximately 2.9 acres. County staff said the proposal would change the larger parcel’s zoning from Industrial‑1 (I‑1) to Commercial‑5 (C‑5) and create new lot lines to consolidate vehicle access and shared parking for the two uses.
