The rezoning (File Ordinance 2025-916) changes three parcels at 728 Railroad Street, 729 Harding Street and 735 Harding Street from M-3 (Central Light Industrial) to B-2 (Community Shopping) to accommodate a proposed Kwik Trip redevelopment. Trey Meyer, associate planner, said the applicant proposes a new 7,300-square-foot convenience store building, 16 fueling positions and about 32 off-street parking stalls (compared with 12 on the existing site).
