The board approved the meeting agenda and the consent agenda, accepted the county clerk’s monthly report for April and granted multiple event and licensing approvals. Several permits were approved with standard conditions noted by staff.

Staff required that the applicant provide sanitation plans, signage, and clean roadway debris after the event; the county’s Department of Transportation noted event signage along highways requires separate permits and the applicant must comply with the Colorado Outdoor Advertising Act. - Secure transportation service license (Class A) — Bethlehem Weld d/b/a Dodgey Transportation LLC; certification of a 02/2016 Ford Explorer as a Type 1 secure-transport vehicle (barrier-equipped): approved. - Secure transportation service license (Class B) — Rogia Alsalik d/b/a Secure Transport LLC; certification of a 02/2015 Toyota Sienna as a Type 2 secure-transport vehicle (no barrier): approved.
Most motions carried unanimously. Where staff noted outstanding items—such as sanitation permits, CDOT or Board of Health approvals—commissioners required those as conditions before final administrative sign-off.
