The recommendations cover a preliminary binding site plan (24052 AC), a site-engineering plan modification for Black Rock Cove (SP205-017) and the Headwaters Phase 2 preliminary plat (PL25-008). Committee members, including staff from planning, development services, fire and building departments, reported no further substantive comments on each item during the meeting.
The committee opened the meeting with introductory remarks and a roll call. "Today, we have 3 projects that are being recommended to the department heads for approval," Chair Tabitha Bostick said. After the chair introduced tab A, Stephanie Kaiser of the planning department said, "No further comments on tab a." Tim Davidson of development services and Amanda Bauman of the fire department also indicated no comments; the health department provided its response by email and reported no comments.
For tab B, a modification to the site engineering plan for Black Rock Cove (SP205-017), planning, development services, fire and building staff each indicated no further comments. "Planning has no further comments on tab b," Stephanie Kaiser said; the health department likewise reported no comments by email.
Tab C, PL25-008 Headwaters Phase 2, was presented as a preliminary plat. Planning, development services and fire staff again recorded no further comments during the meeting. After tab C, Bostick closed the meeting.
