- Construction observation services for 2025 street/utility project (SEH): Approved. Staff recommended SEH for construction observation at an estimated $113 per hour and about 500 hours (estimated cost $56,500); the council approved the contract.
- Safe Drinking Water loan application assistance (MSA, $13,500): Approved. Staff recommended contracting with MSA to assist with a DNR Safe Drinking Water loan application; the council approved the $13,500 contract, which would be incurred only if the project is eligible and the DNR allows it.
- Resolution of intent to reimburse (required for potential loan funding): Approved. Council adopted a resolution allowing the city to reimburse eligible pre-funding expenses if a loan is approved.
- Citizen and council appointments to boards and commissions (2025): Approved. Council approved the slate of citizen and council appointments for 2025.
