Commissioner Jacobs elected vice chair of Carlsbad Historic Preservation Commission

Commissioner Jacobs had previously indicated willingness to serve if no one else volunteered. Chair Major moved to appoint Jacobs; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The appointment takes effect at the next meeting.
