City of Grand Prairie planning staff on May 12 briefed the Planning and Zoning Commission on a site plan for TMI Sports Medical, an ambulatory surgical center proposed at 3811 Double Oak Avenue.
The project would occupy about 5.7 acres and include a roughly 16,300-square-foot building with four operating rooms, pre- and post-operative care spaces, sterile processing and administrative areas, staff said. The site plan, staff said, meets local density and dimensional standards and parking requirements but falls short on landscaping and some plan details.
