Beaver County commissioners approve proclamations, routine bids and personnel report; pull one resolution

Solicitor’s office advised the board that the law department had reviewed a package of resolutions (listed in the meeting record as O50825‑01 through O50825‑23) and recommended approval, but asked that Resolution No. 19 be pulled because the county had not yet reached terms the solicitor was comfortable presenting. The transcript indicates the board approved the package with Resolution 19 pulled; the solicitor said the intention is to return a finalized agreement to the board at the end of the month so that retroactivity for payroll can be implemented simultaneously with two other bargaining-unit agreements.
There were no public comments on agenda or non‑agenda items at the meeting. The board scheduled its next public meeting for Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 10 a.m. The meeting was then adjourned.
