- The Senate placed Senate Resolution 24-04 on today's resolution calendar and later placed Senate Joint Resolution 24-04 on the resolution calendar seeking a joint session to receive the governor's State of the Commonwealth address; the sponsor indicated the preferred date for the joint session would be April 29 (changed from April 30 in an earlier communication).
