BZA procedural: one withdrawal and two continuances set for June 12

Early in the meeting the board accepted a motion to withdraw case BZA 1148744 (Thirty‑something Jerry Landing Road); the chair announced the withdrawal on a roll‑call voice vote with five members in favor.
Later the board continued the 29 Line Street parking variance (case BZA 1158772) to June 12 with instructions that the petitioner update the posted notice, sign the statutory waiver, and submit any revised materials by 5:00 p.m. the Monday before the continued hearing. The board also continued an application for Webster Avenue (BZA 116001835) to June 12 under the same posting, waiver and filing conditions; the continuances passed by voice vote.
For all continued matters the board noted petitioners must obtain the statutory waiver from ISD staff (Maria Pacheco or Olivia Retay), update public posting signs to the new date and time, and provide any new drawings or supporting statements by the stated filing deadline. ISD staff advised that if a petitioner chooses to alter the scope materially (for example to change driveway location into the side yard and affect open‑space calculations) the correct procedural path may be to withdraw and refile rather than simply continue.
The board closed its agenda after handling the continued matters and other scheduled cases.
