Commissioners discussed the length of shifts (one- or two-hour options), signage and prompts to facilitate conversation with visitors; staff said they will circulate a sign-up spreadsheet that lists dates, venues and time slots through September.
Commissioners said meet-and-greets are intended to raise awareness of commission activities, gather artist interest in public-art opportunities and support local galleries by increasing foot traffic.
