LANSING — The Michigan House of Representatives on May 7, 2025 recorded several committee reports, introduced a series of new bills that were referred to committee, announced a legislative appointment and adjourned for lack of a quorum.
The Committee on Rules, chaired by Representative Schuttig, reported House Bill 4103 without amendment with a recommendation that the bill pass. The committee also reported House Bill 4309 with a recommendation that substitute H-1 be adopted and that the bill pass. Representative Aragona, chair of the Committee on Regulatory Reform, reported House Bill 4113 with a recommendation that it be referred to the Committee on Rules and reported House Bill 4114 recommending substitute H-1 be adopted and that the bill pass. The Committee on Government Operations reported House Bills 4012, 4044 and 4090 without amendment, recommending that each bill pass.
