A commissioner moved to sign the agreement; the motion carried after the board voiced aye votes. County staff indicated the signed agreement would be provided with the necessary signatures and then recorded in county records.
The board did not list a dollar figure for any revenue split or a contract number during the recorded discussion. The agreement follows the county's standard venue-event practice of assigning stall-management to experienced traveling operators for large events.
