Overland Park unveils 'portfolio homes' pre-reviewed house plans to increase housing supply

City planning staff on Tuesday told the Community Development Committee that Overland Park will soon release a catalog of pre-reviewed residential plans — called “Portfolio Homes” — aimed at expanding the range of housing types available across the city.
