WABASHA — The Wabasha County Board approved its consent agenda, which included minutes from April 15, claims and per diems, several donations and routine departmental items.
The consent agenda listed donations toward a Sheriff's Office drone purchase and other equipment: $1,000 from the Plainview American Legion, $1,000 from the Millville American Legion, $2,500 from the Mazeppa Fire Department, and $2,500 from the Kellogg Fire Department. The agenda also included approval of a liquor license for a local business (Hawaii Saloon), authorization to purchase a new highway mower, agreements between MnDOT and Wabasha County and between the city of Wabasha and the county, disposal by auction of a 2019 Dodge Charger from the Sheriff’s Office, authorization for fiber and SIP (session initiation protocol) insulation, and acceptance of donations of AED defibrillators.
A commissioner moved to approve the consent agenda and the motion carried unanimously.
