The Board of Zoning Appeals opened its regular meeting, approved the April 2 minutes and set the agenda for the evening by voice votes, the chair said.
The board took two procedural actions: Ron Moon moved to approve the minutes and Mark Presley seconded; the motion carried on a voice vote. Mark Presley moved to approve the agenda and Kendra Stafford seconded; the motion also carried on a voice vote.
Rosalie O'Brien told the board that the major home‑occupation application that had been tabled at the April 2 meeting “has been withdrawn,” and the board moved on without additional public hearing items.
Rosalie also introduced Amanda Harrington as “our new planning consultant” from RCS Planners; Harrington later led a training session at the same meeting.
The meeting closed after routine discussion and a motion to adjourn by Mark Presley, seconded by Frady; the motion carried on a voice vote.
