Building-permit agent reports five April permits, including two residences and a temporary dwelling

Colleen, the town's building-permit agent, reported at the May 8 Planning and Licensing Commission meeting that five building permits were recorded in April.
Colleen said the permits included two projects on Lot 146 (a septic permit and a residence permit for a 4,900-square-foot house at the 25-foot height limit), a prefabricated shed on Lot 198, an electrical service entrance on Lot 99, and a 3,080-square-foot residence at 19 feet high on Lot 367 in the Upper 80 owned by Rich and Jennifer Carr. Colleen also reported a temporary dwelling permit (TDP) on Lot 146 to house a construction crew while the primary build is underway and a decommissioning contract for that temporary dwelling. She said a septic permit on Lot 363 in the Upper 80 remains in process pending Grand County (SCUHD) approval and payment of fees and paperwork.
Commissioners asked no follow-up questions during the report.
