The Woodland Park City Council recorded the following formal actions during its May 15, 2025 meeting. All recorded roll‑call outcomes below are from the public meeting record.
1) Browning Avenue infrastructure contract (Consent Calendar item 5a) Motion: Approve agreement between RME Ltd LLL (DBA Elite Surface Infrastructure) and the City of Woodland Park for infrastructure improvements on Browning Avenue in the amount of $659,568.31. A recall petition matter was processed by the city clerk earlier in May; council discussed next steps for filling a council vacancy resulting from a resignation and will consider appointment vs. special election at a future meeting.
