- PLN240222 (Heatherington): Approved a combined development permit for construction of a single-family dwelling, attached garage, detached ADU and barn, removal of 10 coast live oak trees, and development on slopes in excess of 25% on Lot 80 of Tract 1336. Motion by Commissioner Diehl; second by Commissioner Gonzales. Outcome: Approved, 7-0.
- CIP FY 2025–26 consistency recommendation (REF2500008): The commission recommended that the Board of Supervisors find the proposed County CIP consistent with the General Plan and Local Coastal Program, with requested edits to project descriptions and a direction for improved outreach on long-standing projects. Motion by Commissioner Lehi; second by Commissioner Gomez. Outcome: Recommend to Board, 7-0.
- Appointment: The commission appointed Suzanne Kushner to the Carmel Unincorporated Highlands Land Use Advisory Committee. Motion by Commissioner Diehl; second by Commissioner Monsalve. Outcome: Approved, 7-0.
