Board approves consent calendar, excuses Commissioner Williams and enters executive session

Later in the meeting the board voted 5-0 to enter an executive session pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes for legal advice. The chair read the executive-session purpose as CRS 24-6-402(4)(b) to receive legal advice on the scope and application of El Paso County’s section 10401 regulations in Appendix B of the county Land Development Code. A motion to enter executive session was moved and seconded and the roll call recorded aye votes from Commissioner Brimmer, Commissioner Wysong, Commissioner Applegate, Vice Chair Williams and the chair; the motion passed 5-0.
