The items were presented as part of the consent agenda and approved without separate roll-call votes.
Earlier in the meeting the council also moved to approve a bundle of minutes from prior meetings (including the February special work session, the April 14 business meeting, April work sessions, the April 23 finance committee meeting, the April 28 business meeting and the May 5 work session). A motion to approve those minutes was moved and seconded; members responded "aye" and the motion was approved by voice vote.
