The legislature also approved two authorizations for bond financing to pay for sewer-district facility improvements — one at a maximum estimated cost of $280,000 and another at $295,000 — and amendments to county staffing plans for the Department of Health and the Department of Social Services.
The package vote was called after a motion to combine multiple resolution numbers into grouped votes. The clerk conducted roll-call votes on the grouped packages; the transcript records the roll calls with “aye” responses from the listed legislators and no recorded “no” or abstention votes for the bundled items.
