Jensen said the first building is already presold to a business expanding in Mitchell.
Mark (city staff) told the commission the filing is a conceptual overall plan and that the developer will need to work with the city’s engineering consultant to finalize site drainage and a formal site plan. Jensen said ease of access to I‑90 was a core consideration in the site layout.
