Items on the consent agenda included approval of the April 17, 2025 minutes; acceptance of a $25,000 check (fifteenth and final installment) from Dragonfly Theater; recommended budget transfers totaling $7,983.66 per policy DBJ; and approval of warrants as presented (packet date 05/08/2025). Tory moved to approve and Vikram seconded; the vote was unanimous.
