The superintendent also said the district had purchased 63 new buses and that 32 of those new buses were already in service.
Purvis said the district expects to present a recently retrofitted bus at the next board meeting so members can see the interior and review the retrofit work. He closed by reminding the board that graduations kick off on the 13th with a sequence of ceremonies and that a graduation schedule was attached to the meeting materials.
