The council approved the final plat for Riverwalk Crossing Subdivision (phase 2), zoned R-2, with minimum lot-size dimensions met and remaining off-site public access easements to be recorded shortly; the city engineer recommended approval and the council approved the plat by voice vote.
Council approved the final plat for Weber Rock Crossing Subdivision No. 2 by voice vote.
The council voted to authorize a one-time rescheduling of the regularly scheduled May 21 council meeting to May 14 at 5:30 p.m. The mayor explained the change was to accommodate Treasure Valley intergovernmental meetings; council emphasized that this should remain a one-time accommodation for public consistency.
The council subsequently moved into executive session under the cited statutory authority (roll-call recorded); the meeting minutes record the executive-session motion and roll call.
