Owner of 204 West Gardenia has not yet submitted required documents, building official says

Filiberto Alba, the building official, said he had not received required paperwork from owner Mister Yerena. Alba said he had received a call from Alejandro Garcia Moreno, the owner’s attorney, indicating the submission was nearly ready, but as of the meeting the department had not received the documents. Substandard structure notices were posted at the property on April 18, Alba said.
Alba added that staff have driven past the property several times and observed no demolition or visible repairs. The board did not take further action at the meeting; staff will await formal submission before scheduling inspections or further proceedings.
