Lanier said the intended lighting is a warm, low-intensity LED wash; she and the applicant’s contractor will provide mounting details and final fixture specifications.

The board advised the applicant to submit final mounting details and samples; staff will review lighting fixtures to ensure the installation does not produce direct glare toward neighboring windows. If staff requires adjustments, the applicant will return with revised details.
