The consent calendar included two limited live performance permit (LLP) applications for indoor entertainment: Quito at 200 Cap Street and Mastro's at 399 Geary. Staff reported both applicants conducted outreach and received no opposition; Northern Station recommended only the standard calendaring condition for Central Station. A commissioner asked about a prior complaint at one applicant (Quito); staff said the site visit found the space in compliance.
A motion to approve the consent calendar with staff recommendations passed unanimously. Commissioners directed winners to follow staff guidance for next steps.
