A neighbor cited potential noise from rooftop equipment; staff noted the equipment had been reviewed by health authorities and signed off.
After discussion, commissioners voted unanimously to approve the LLP with staff recommendations. The owner and staff will continue to monitor sound and respond to neighbor concerns.
